Monthly Meal Plan Integrations
AFH offers monthly dietitian-developed delicious and nutritious meal plans that help our fans achieve or maintain a healthy weight. The Monthly Meal plans provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, shopping lists and recipes for the month. The meal plans are designed for 1,600 calories but are easily customized to provide 1,200 to 1,800-calories per day. Several opportunities exist for partnering with us on our meal plan integrations.
