    I subscribed to e newsletter, like AFH and Erin’s Bakers…I definately need a healthy variety to not get bored of food and revert to eating junk for the quick sugar rush when working; on the goand prepare meals, deliver them doing volunteer work, then home etc. I need the energy boost to keeo me goibg strong so I can take care of myself after all is completed for the day
