    Amazing, I just finished PaleoLeap’s 8-week meal plan… and it kind of transformed me.

    No need to think about what to cook and how to time it. I followed the whole 8 weeks with my ‘hubby’. Once you’re through you’ll exactly know all the basics for eating paleo. (For your ref.: )
