WIN MIZUNO ARM WARMERS!

Mizuno_armwarmersDon’t let chilly temps keep you inside! Win Mizuno Arm Warmers and stay toasty on outdoor runs.

Not ready for heavy-duty cold-weather exercise gear? Don’t like the constriction of long sleeves when running? If you win Mizuno Arm Warmers those problems could be solved!

Our friends at Mizuno are ready to send five Appetite for Health readers a pair off their awesome Breath Thermo Running Arm Warmers (a $30 value)!

Yes, the temps are dipping, but Mizuno’s got you covered—literally. These Arm Warmers are a great idea for those days when you need a little more warmth on your run, but it’s not cold enough to justify a jacket.

The easy, minimal design of these arm warmers is particularly appealing on those early mornings when you’re really just functioning on auto-pilot as you get ready to head outside. The material they’re made of contains a bit of Spandex to make them stretchy and easier to get on, too.

Sure, you’ll likely be able to see your breath in the air, but with Mizuno’s Breath Thermo technology, your arms will feel warm (and you’ll be happy). How does that work? These arm warmers absorb your body moisture and convert it to heat—now that’s a great use for sweat!

Want a pair of these for yourself? To try and win Mizuno Arm Warmers, here’s what you need to do: First, “Like” Mizuno on Facebook, and of course make sure you “Like” Appetite for Health on Facebook as well. Then leave us a comment below (not on Facebook please) telling us why you need some Mizuno Arm Warmers. Enter by Thursday, Oct. 18 at midnight.

Remember, let us know where you’ve shared this contest or any AFH content—we look favorably on that!

I am new to running and just building my running apparel as I learn from other runner blogs. This would be a huge help!
