The book compiles all of our best diet and nutrition tips and tricks to help readers eat better and achieve a healthy weight for life.
The book is like a self-exploration to help readers uncover all the little things they do (or don’t do) that, taken together, undermine the quality of their diet and make it almost impossible to lose lbs.
Many of the so-called “fat habits” were inspired from what we write on this blog every day and the emails and comments that come from you. Don’t worry; we have not used any real names in the book so your secret is safe with us.
Some of the chapters will cover our genetic factors that make it harder for many of us to stay slim; our family, friends, colleagues and others who sabotage our best efforts; how our homes, offices, cars we drive and even the clothes we wear impact our weight.
Things like skimping on zzzs, eating in the car, buying “kiddie” foods and trying to get to your man’s heart through his stomach are all addressed with 97 other popular habits and choices that our clients do every day that contribute to their expanding waistlines.
