I have a small counter top scale that my husband and I use all the time, but this one looks much bigger, would be great for measuring out ingredients for recipes! Portion size is key to loosing and maintaining weight. Most people have no idea of what a serving actually is. A scale is a great tool to learn with.

Baking is going to be a lot different for me as it’s been brought to my attention that other flour densities vary so I will have tonweigh out my ingredients now and would love, love, to win this scale!

  14. Teresa H says

I shared this article on my FB because a lot of people do not know the significance of food portions. I’ve been weighing my food for appropriate portions for over a year now. It has helped me lose over 50 lbs! I’ve gotten a pretty good feel for portion sizes without having to use a food scale but I never go without it when I am baking or cooking large meals. But after so long, it has begun to wear (measurements aren’t very accurate)- so the Kalorik kitchen scale would be an awesome replacement.

  15. Zachary says
