Win Rickland Orchards Greek Yogurt Bars

Rickland bars boxHey Appetite for Health friends, if you’re feeling lucky (or hungry), today’s giveaway will hit the spot! You can win boxes of Rickland Orchards Greek Yogurt Bars (a $40 value). See entry information below.

Granola and Greek yogurt make friends in this new line of snack bars from Rickland Orchards. These are the first shelf-stable bars to include Greek yogurt as an ingredient.

These are standard-size granola bars (40 grams each), and they contain 160-170 calories each (depending on the flavor—the coconut version has more calories than the others). All of the bars provide 5g of fiber, 7g of protein, and GI-friendly probiotics.

The nice folks at Rickland Orchards sent us some of these granola bars to try. Right out of the box, I liked the look of the packaging. I especially like that the peek-a-boo wrappers reveal what’s inside—yes, you can see recognizable oats, nuts and pieces of fruit in these. There is also a decorative Greek yogurt drizzle on these (and once I tried them I saw that the bottoms of the bars are dipped in the Greek yogurt mixture as well). My kids were uber happy with these as an after-school snack. I had mine after getting back from my personal training appointment (hey, I deserved a reward).

Available in six tasty flavors, we’re pretty sure you’ll find a fave (I know I did…hello Cherry Almond…oh, and Toasted Coconut)! Rickland bars

  • Cherry Almond
  • Blueberry Acai
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Cranberry Almond
  • Apple & Honey
  • Orchard Peach
Five lucky winners will receive a 5-pack box of each flavor of Rickland Orchards Greek Yogurt Bars (that’s 30 bars total, folks, enough for a month of snackage)! To enter, first make sure you “Like” AFH on Facebook AND then “Like” Rickland Orchards, too. Then leave us a comment under this post telling us which flavor bar you’re looking forward to trying most!

I already like AFH on Facebook and checked out Rickland Orchards and liked them as well! These bars sound great because I have been incorporating more Greek yogurt (for protein & probiotics), nuts (for protein), and fruits (for fiber) into my diet lately while logging my food intake (4 lbs lost so far). I would love to try the blueberry acai flavor of these bars because I love that flavor combination. Berries provide a great source of antioxidants, too :). I am a child therapist and have weird hours/short breaks so bars like this would be a great way to refuel between clients!
